About

Quick Facts
I live in Los Angeles, I have two ruined ankles from playing basketball, and my favorite sports team is the Boston Red Sox.

Background
Growing up, my family and I traveled quite a bit. On these trips, my mom would take pictures of absolutely everything. The "oh, just one more picture please and I'll leave you alone" excuse was something that would make me cringe. That is until I came home from my first year of college and came across some old photo albums. As I thumbed through the photos, although I had a look of annoyance in about half of the them, I loved looking back through them. My mom took some great photos and it was right after that point that I bought my own camera to do the same thing.

I really like the idea of documenting my life, my family and my friends with photography. Traveling. Concerts. My nephew. After college in Santa Barbara, I moved to Los Angeles and I started getting involved in concert photography. It started when I shot my friends band, Fan Fiction, playing a show at Zen Sushi in Silver Lake. I was instantly drawn in by the challenge of shooting something so dynamic and attempting to capture the energy of the show onto a single photo. Since then, I have shot a lot of concerts around the Los Angeles and New York City area. Some of the bands include Robotanists, Philistine!, Polus, Nightfur, The Karabal Nightlife, The Hypertonics, Loma Lynda and Fan Fiction.
